Traveling about Scotland, Day TWO... continued

waterfall @ Glencoe
(Brendan's FAVORITE place)

another waterfall

the base of the waterfall

moss covered rocks

on her way to see the waterfall - not even a misty rain wiped the smile from her face

ferns growing on the face of a rock

she found a thistle... but couldn't find Eeyore

Loch Ness ~ it was so much bigger than I ever imagined

those bright golden fields (if I understood correctly) are fields of rape seed

stone walls, sheep, green and rolling fields, bright golden gorse bush ~ these can be seen all over Scotland

gorse bushes grew all up and down the sides of the mountains as we drove up towards John O'Groats, one of the northern points of the Scottish mainland

M&M, sporting her new tuque... appropriately... we call it the "monster hat"  for our little monster
